  • Messaging or communication features
  • Paid promotional tools and campaign management

kivbow is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or ByteDance in any way. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

kivbow is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for spam, fake engagement, or deceptive practices.

  • Violate Instagram’s or TikTok’s community guidelines.
  • Upload harmful or illegal content (pornographic, hateful, copyrighted without authorization, etc.).
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. Payments and Credits

  • Payments are handled via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • We may change pricing or credit structures at any time.

7. Influencer Interactions and S4S Campaigns

  • kivbow does not verify the authenticity, behavior, or content of other users.
  • Interactions, collaborations, or exchanges are at your own risk.
  • kivbow is not responsible for any loss, misrepresentation, or dispute between users.

We encourage all users to act in good faith and comply with local laws and platform rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, design elements, and code are owned by kivbow unless otherwise stated. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce platform assets.
  • Use the kivbow brand without written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of its creators, but by posting it on Kivbo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it in relation to the Service.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data and may use third-party analytics or cookies to improve performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kivbow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Interactions with other users
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) within the last 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kivbo, its owners, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your misuse of the Service

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chisinau, Moldova.
